We will contact you via e-mail should there be a delay to your order, so please provide the best e-mail address to contact you on when placing your order. Please also provide a daytime telephone number, we may need to contact you, so please ensure the information you provide is correct.
Should you not see/respond to an e-mail regarding delivery problems, your goods may be sent back to us. We will have to charge to have the shoes sent to you again.
We send all orders with either UPS or USPS. Tracking #'s can be provided upon request.
UPS and USPS will sometimes send the parcels individually - so they may not arrive at the same time, but they will be under the same AWB/tracking number. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you're waiting for part of your order, and we'll provide you with a tracking number to see where the rest of your order is.
All Miss L Fire shoes are sold in European sizes and fit "true to EU size" unless stated.

We only accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of day of delivery,

I’d like to return my sale shoes, how can I do that?
We do not offer refunds on SALE items, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However we do offer exchanges & store credit in the case that a sale item you purchased doesn't work out. Of course this must all be done within our 14 day return/exchange policy.
I've been charged custom and import fees since my goods arrived. Can I charge these back to you?
We do not have any control over import and custom fees, and we do not profit from them. We cannot, therefore, be charged for these.
The fees vary depending on where you live. If you are ordering from outside of the USA, you may have some form of fees to pay to receive your parcel. Please contact your postal office or check online to find out more about these fees before you place your order with us.
There’s a style I really want to order but I can’t see it on your site! Where can I buy it?
Oh no! This means we don’t have that particular style available to order in our online store.
We try and stock our best sellers, and styles that may be hard to find! Please email email@example.com, and we will let you know if the style you are looking for becomes available!
