TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT LENGTH
Stand on a piece of paper and draw around your foot.
Take a ruler and take the length measurement from the middle of your heel, to the end of your longest toe.

TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT WIDTH
Take a flexible tape measure and measure AROUND the width of your foot at the widest point (usually the joint of your big toe).

I’ve just ordered! How long will it take for my shoes to reach me?

Thank you for your order with Miss L Fire! Your order should be with you within 5-10 working days unless you have paid for expedited shipping, in which case please allow 3-5 working days. We will contact you via e-mail should there be a delay to your order, so please provide the best e-mail address to contact you on when placing your order. Please also provide a daytime telephone number, we may need to contact you, so please ensure the information you provide is correct.

Please Note!

Should you not see/respond to an e-mail regarding delivery problems, your goods may be sent back to us. We will have to charge to have the shoes sent to you again. 

Which carrier company do you use?

We send all orders with either UPS or USPS. Tracking #'s can be provided upon request.  

I have ordered lots of shoes! Will they all arrive together?

UPS and USPS will sometimes send the parcels individually - so they may not arrive at the same time, but they will be under the same AWB/tracking number. Please e-mail hello@misslfire.com if you're waiting for part of your order, and we'll provide you with a tracking number to see where the rest of your order is.


I’m not sure which size I should order. Do you have a shoe conversion chart I can use?

I’d like to return my shoes for a refund/exchange. How should I do this?

With your order, you will have received a receipt with the details on how to do this. (If you do not have this, please e-mail hello@misslfire.com

I've been charged custom and import fees since my goods arrived. Can I charge these back to you?

We do not have any control over import and custom fees, and we do not profit from them. We cannot, therefore, be charged for these.

The fees vary depending on where you live. If you are ordering from outside of the USA, you may have some form of fees to pay to receive your parcel. Please contact your postal office or check online to find out more about these fees before you place your order with us.

There’s a style I really want to order but I can’t see it on your site! Where can I buy it?

Oh no! This means we don’t have that particular style available to order in our online store.

We try and stock our best sellers, and styles that may be hard to find! Please email hello@misslfire.com, and we will let you know if the style you are looking for becomes available!

I’d like to see the shoes in person before I buy. Do you have a shop?

ABOUT AFTERPAY

What is Installments by Afterpay?
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to
make purchases now and pay for them in four equal
payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Installments by Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping
bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose
Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First
time customers will need to register with Afterpay and
provide payment details as usual, returning customers
simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must
be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum
purchase amount may apply and you must meet
additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Where can I use Installments by Afterpay?
Installments by Afterpay can only be applied to
purchases made on misslfire.com 

Can I use Installments by Afterpay if I’m an
international customer?
Installments by Afterpay is only available to customers
with a US billing address within the US and a US mobile
phone number. Customers with international billing
addresses will not be able to set up an account with
Afterpay.

How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment
at the time of purchase, with the remaining three
payments deducted automatically every two weeks from
your chosen payment method. If you choose to make
additional payments before your scheduled pay dates,
you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your
payment schedule and make a payment before the due
date if you choose to do so.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged an $8
late payment fee, and an additional $8 fee if the missed
payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not
exceed 25% of the total order amount.

When will my items be delivered if I use Installments

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard
shipping timeframe after you complete your order online.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using
Installments by Afterpay?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your
Afterpay purchase in store or by mail for a refund. Please
check that your return or exchange meets our Return
policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and
will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return
your purchase to Afterpay.
